The Science behind TNS Recovery Complex® with Nouricel®
- MD
NouriCel-MD is a human growth factor solution
containing amino acids, vitamins, antioxidants
and several cytokines/growth factors. NouriCel-MD
is obtained from the growth medium of cultured
neonatal foreskin fibroblasts. Originally
developed by Advanced Tissue Sciences (La
Jolla, CA), a three-dimentional artificial
matrix is used to grow neonatal foreskin fibroblasts
into what ultimately becomes an artificial
dermis. As the fibroblast grow and proliferate
on the matrix, they generate extracellular
substances such as naturally produced collagen,
growth factors and cytokines. This is NouriCel-MD,
a unique product which capitalizes on the
physiological advantage of many tissue factors
in one solution that interact to minimally
stimulate epidermal and dermal tissue. NouriCel-MD
is a proprietary mixture of over 110 stable
growth factors and cytokines believed to play
a crucial role in the skin tissue growth and
repair

Function related to skin tissue regeneration:
- promote skin cell growth and tissue repair
- promote three dimentional tissue growth
- regulate cell growth and division in wound healing
- promote cell growth and multiplication
- stimulate collagen deposition and cell growth
- prevent breakdown of collagen and hyaluronic acid
- increase blood vessels permeability to improve tissue nutrition
- promote endothelial cell growth
- promote development of nerve cells in developing tissue
- induce cells to produce growth factors and cytokines
- produce anti-inflammatory effect
- induce wound re-epithelialization and skin
repair
- stimulate the development of neutrophils and macrophages
